Service Description
GetNextOrder Ltd ("GetNextOrder", "we", "us") operates a WhatsApp messaging API platform for businesses and developers. Our service lets you send authentication codes, utility notifications, and marketing messages through a simple REST API, without managing Meta WhatsApp Business Platform complexity directly.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Treat API keys like passwords — store them securely, rotate them if compromised, and never expose them in client-side code or public repositories.
One account is permitted per business entity. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your contact details up to date.
Credits and Billing
GetNextOrder uses a credit-based billing system. Subscription plans provide credits for Authentication and Utility messages. Marketing messages are billed separately through a pay-as-you-go marketing wallet.
All subscription and top-up purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable for cash. Credits are automatically refunded to your account balance for undelivered messages only.
Credit rates vary by destination country and message type. Current rates are published on our pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates applicable laws. You must comply with Meta WhatsApp Business Platform policies at all times, including template approval requirements and messaging category rules.
You may only send messages to recipients who have opted in to receive communications from your business. You are solely responsible for obtaining and documenting consent.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. GetNextOrder is provided on a best-effort basis in V1, with no service level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (including Meta or payment providers) may affect delivery.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, fail to pay for services, or pose a risk to other customers or to Meta platform compliance.
Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited except where automatic credit refunds apply for undelivered messages processed before termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
